Stephanie and Steve Weber founded Artful Décor in 2000 after reaching the pinnacle of success with a well-known direct selling company that sold fine art through in-home shows nationwide. Their 13 year career of sharing art and helping others do the same earned them the company's most coveted awards and incentives. In 1999 Stephanie was asked to take a position as National Sales Trainer for a multi-million dollar direct sales art company with national distribution where she made a significant difference for the company.

After time, Stephanie and Steve's love of introducing people to the world of fine art instilled in them a desire to establish their own company dedicated to offering quality fine art at affordable prices. Their vision was to help every individual experience the joy and beauty of having collectible art in their homes.

Committed to building a strong foundation upon which the company would grow, the Webers chose to grow Artful Décor on a regional level for their first 6 years in business. During those years they worked with an exceptional group of Art Consultants who helped establish a business model that now enables art enthusiasts of all backgrounds to have their own business, sharing and teaching clients about the joy of collecting fine art.

In the summer of 2006, Artful Décor launched their National Expansion Campaign that, for the first time, welcomed Art Consultants to the company from outside their initial target market. Today Artful Décor continues to expand throughout the United States as Art Consultants discover the fun and financial freedom that comes from building a business around their passion for art.

Artful Décor is based in Hudson, Wisconsin where Stephanie and Steve reside with their three children Michael, Anna and Jacob.

Stephanie Weber graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a BA in Design and has always had a flair for design and cutting edge trends in the art industry. Her comprehensive course of study included a year of undergraduate work at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City's "Garment District". Studying under famous designers, Stephanie refined her eye for Art and Design before returning to Madison to finish her Degree. Working in Chicago as an Assistant Designer for such noted Designers as Zaharof and the Embellishments label, Stephanie desired to match her profession passion with her personal passion for family.

Steve Weber brings impressive business acumen and sales and marketing strength to Artful Décor. Prior to founding the company he held positions through which he was recognized for his understanding of customer's needs, ability to grow strong teams and knowledge in the areas of sales and operations management.
